What's Product Flag?

Product Flag is a flag to identify a product. SWA supports automatically parsing data from order mails. After it received the mail and get the order's information, it will recognize the product by its name. Normally you'll use the same name of your product both in SWA and your online reseller, then you need care the product flag. But, if you use a name in SWA different from the one used by reseller, SWA can not recognize the order as unknown product. For example, you use name "My Product" in RegNow, but use "MY_PRODUCT" in SWA, then you need define a product flag for RegNow to recognize the order correctly. The product flag will tell SWA that My Product is equal to MY_PRODUCT. If you use multiple online resellers and the same product has different name on each reseller, you need define the product flag for every reseller.

How to Add a Product Flag?

In the product information edit dialog, click "Product Flag" button to open the product flag editor dialog.

There are two way to add a product flag.

WAY 1: Direct input the product flag.

Select the Reseller first, and then enter the product name you used with this reseller as Keyword.

WAY 2: Automatically analyze the product flag.

Copy the content of the order mail, and then paste it into the memo box. Then click then Analyse button, SWA will parse the data and get the right Reseller and Keyword.
